I know. This isn't really much of a blog, is it? I don't ever update it. Well, one of my New Year's resolutions is to be a better blogger. That's my plan. Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

On May 13, from 1-2 p.m., stop by and say hello at the Ann Arbor Book Fair. I'll be in booth #28, signing copies of The Outside Groove for Cranesbill Books.

Had a great time in Northville, Michigan, meeting with young readers at the public library yesterday. Thanks, Suzanne and Dorie, for the invitation! And thanks to the students for a rousing discussion.

"Bath time!" -- Matty, Brooklyn

"Hey, where are my third and fourth shirts?" -- big laura, Vermont

"How about a latte, Jed?" -- Z-Dawg, Oregon
